Nynäshamn is a small town and port about 60 kilometers south of Stockholm. Currently Polferries operates ferries to Gdansk (Poland) as well as Destination Gotland which operates ferries to the swedish island of Gotland (Visby). Many ferries dock here, as well as larger cruise ships which cannot enter Stockholm proper. There is not much in this city, but it is easy to reach Stockholm by bus or rail.
This port is located outside of the city center. Please plan extra time to reach there, especially if you are travelling without a vehicle.
